See notes on recent "workshop" held by the City of Orinda and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

The federal (Army Corps of Engineers) meeting announcement (in acrobat format) called this "the final opportunity for public input regarding this project before the Corps makes its permit decision."

Clearly, many parties hope this will be the LAST public input. If the federal govenment decides a full Environmental Impact Statement is needed because the prior information is too stale another federal environmental hearing may be required, however, that is a considerable IF.
